Story
Training update:
The 13 weeks of training is now almost completed, despite
some tendinitis and flu; I’ll have run over 450 miles including 3 long runs of
20 miles.
10 gym sessions, 10 swimming sessions, 9 games of squash, 2 games of badminton, 1 yoga session, 1 ice skating session, several bike rides…
And of course I still played a little football during that
period; 40 games played and I refereed 1 match. So I’m hoping I’ve done
enough, we're find out on Sunday!
