Having had a very tough 10 months personally, it made me take stock of what’s important to me and those around me, I care about. 

I have been given the chance to develop and push myself beyond what I thought I was capable of mentally, and it’s the “mentally” part that gives me reason to raise money for Movember. 

I’ve had a great circle of people around me to keep me focused as I faced a difficult time, and most of them have been guys who simply made a great difference and ensured I was prepared, and able, to ask for assistance and help with various stages of getting up after being knocked down hard! :) I’m grateful for those people! :)

So this is my chosen charity this year and a show of what camaraderie, support and friendship can bring to people in tough times :)
