Great North Run 2020 for the Mental Health Foundation, 13 September 2020
The Great North Run is one of the UK's biggest events and an amazing way to support the Mental Health Foundation.

Story

I’m going to be doing the Great North Run for the Mental Health Foundation. This is because I recently lost my friend Damon and I want to do this to honour his memory. Mental health is something that needs to be better regarded especially with men.

The Mental Health Foundation believe no-one living in the UK should be deprived of the opportunity for good mental health because of who they are, the community they come from or where they live. We’re developing better ways to support good mental health in every community.
