Hi I am Ralph Luigie A. Jebulan. I am in need of help to pay my medical bills. It would mean the world to me if anyone can contribute to my inabilities to pay the bills. I was riding a motorcycle when suddenly a man jumped in my way due to this I needed to redirect my path unfortunately i ended up crashing and stumbling down the road giving me injuries. I will post regular updates please i need help.
