Hey all. I'll be running a half marathon on Sat 1st Oct at London Revolution, from Marlow to Windsor. Please help me raise money for a fantastic charity, The Prince's Trust. 

As part of their Million Makers 2022 challenge (and as national charity partner), we're fundraising to help change the lives of new people - by giving them the skills and confidence they need to build a brighter future through employment, education and enterprise. I'll be running alongside my lovely Million Makers team - the New Look NINE (Nine Inspired NewLook Entrepreneurs).

My personal journey... As most of you know, I was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease (Linear Morphea) when I was 23. It's a disease that affects the skin and underlying tissue, muscle and sometimes bone, which had a huge impact on my movement as well as my self esteem. I was convinced I'd lose the ability to walk. Luckily, with some fantastic doctors and treatment, I'm now stable, ready to set new goals and challenge my fitness levels. 

The human body can be a crazy thing but I'm learning to love it again - and determined to keep pushing the limits!
