I was invited to take part in Run for Congo Women on June 3rd and just thought 'why not'? I'm so glad to be taking part and doing my bit to help and raise funds for the desperate situation in the Democratic Republic of Congo. This money will help women who have survived war and rape by giving them direct financial aid, emotional support and allow to to support themselves by training them in various skills.

The 10K run is on Sunday June 3rd 2012, in Regent's Park. Come along on the day or show your support by donating what you can.
