Story
Climbing out a deep, dark hole can be an enormous struggle and the desolation, the loneliness and the emotional pain of knowing where or even how to begin is a desperate place. I've been in that place but didn't have the support to help me climb out. I managed it with a few set backs along the way and have emerged stronger, happier with a deep inner confidence.
It saddens me to think there are plenty of people that don't have that support, which is why I am committed to offering my skills and experience to support this Mental Health Awareness coaching initiative.
Listening can save a life. Just by being there, knowing someone 'has your back' and believes in you, can make a huge difference.
As a qualified transformational life coach, I am offering 10, one hour coaching sessions for a donation towards this charity.
