Here I am again running the Great North Run!! I'm sure I made a promise to myself last year never to put myself through it again buy hey ho!! its like childbirth, you forget the pain very quickly!!! Anyway, I would really appreciate as much support as possible as this year I am running for the Rainbow Trust Children's Charity who do an amazing job supporting families who have terminally ill children.  As a mummy of two healthy girls I can only imagine what these families must go through and I really want to make a difference and with your help I can.  I'll do the painful bit don't worry!!
