Why Mind?

As you may know, I have decided to fundraise for the mental health charity, Mind through my Jewellery by Lucy facebook page. In order to raise as much money possible for this amazing charity I have also created this JustGiving page where you can donate as litle or as much as you like to Mind. You can also text the code 'LBAL86' followed by the amount in £ you wish to donate to 70070.

1 in 4 people suffer from mental illness every year; it is so common and yet the stigma surrounding it continues. Mind is the leading charity in this area, fighting to give support to those in need and stamp out the stigma that so many people suffer under.

I would be so, so grateful if you could please donate some money - even just £1 - to the charity so that people suffering from mental health problems can receive the support they need and deserve.
