Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
So - to raise money for this amazing charity and specifically Ward L52 which means a lot to me personally - for my 57th birthday I am going to commit to doing 57 reps of 7 different movements ( one a day each week) for an entire year. Sit ups, air squats, push ups, deadlifts, burpees, double unders and power cleans.
To launch this event on my birthday ( May 14th ) I will do all 7 x 57 reps and next year to end I will do 7 x 58 reps as I turn 58 and try to beat my previous time.
An long term event for the long term effects of this awful disease on all areas of the NHS.
