Since working at Mencap I have had the pleasure of working alongside some of the most positive & passionate people I have made amazing new friends and find going to work each day never tires. With this sky jump event I hope to give a little something back to Mencap and what better way than me throwing myself out of a moving plane!

I have chosen to do this charity parachute jump and will also be selling a collection of vintage clothing offline in the hope to gain more funds and to hopefully raise more awareness for Mencap. If you wish to donate and help me beat my fundraising target I will be more than thankful. Any online sponsors will be gratefully received!

As for the sky jump, in the past I have often thought about jumping out of a plane or something a little crazy and have boasted how I wouldn't be scared, well seeing as its taken me this long to pluck up the courage to actually do it, I admit I will be nervous as hell when the moment of jumping actually arrives!  I envisage myself doing a Garfield the cat impression, having my arms and legs stretched out as far as they'll go holding on to the plane doors while someone has to nudge me out. 

Any friends feel free to come along and watch me plummet from the sky, and feel free to join in singing any cheesy songs which I know my strange friends will be singing at me on my way down, so far The Beetles 'Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds' is a firm favourite and the Hot Natured tune 'Reverse Skydiving'  : )
