It's nearly here!!! This Sunday Myself and Ash will be running the Conwy Half Marathon. I am challenging myself to help others. This is the first time I have ever ran at distance and have trained for the last 12 weeks to be ready. Please if you have not sponsored me already, please do, anything you can even a quid!! Thanks x

Hi everyone, just wanted to let you all know that I will be running the Conwy Half Marathon on the 18th Nov to raise money for the RMCTF. I have never run a half marathon before so it's going to be very hard. I have started training now so I'll be ready for the big day. My husband will be running alongside me wearing boots and carrying 22lbs on his back. Every donation is massively appreciated no matter how big or small. I am aiming to raise £500 so if everyone on Facebook donated 50p-£2 I'd be nearly there. I am grateful for your support.
