This 10K is my Father's Day celebration of  Dad and everyone else who lives with Cancer and is lost to it.

Macmillan gave us so much support while Dad was dying.  Their nurses were a lifeline, quietly kind and caring and they looked after us as much as they helped Dad.  I'm running (slowly!) for them too
