Story

This September I will be joining Trekstock to hike along the North of England on an incredible non-stop 26-mile trek of Hadrian's Wall to raise awareness and funds for young adults with cancer.

Trekstock, provides wide ranging support to young adults facing all types of cancer around the UK. They have been a great source of support to my brilliant friend Jolene over the last few years. 34 young adults in their 20s and 30s are diagnosed with cancer every day in the UK. Trekstock delivers practical and social support programmes tailored to their needs, to give them a better chance of living well through and beyond cancer. Through exercise support, practical advice and an active online and offline community, our programmes tackle social isolation, improve quality of life and provide young adults with the tools they need to get moving again after cancer puts their life on hold.

Jolene and I completed the Five Peaks Challenge for Trekstock 4 years ago and we're excited to take on our next fund raising challenge!
