Please give me some money..... I know it's 10 miles which to alot of you sporty types isn't a huge distance- but as those of you who have ever seen me try to run will know, this will be a big improvement for me :)

Basically if you could spare like a quid or two then that would be a massive help- it's for a really good charity so don't be a knob with short arms and deep pockets!!
