Hello,

 

Lucy and I are runing the Bristol Half Marathon this weekend, yes we are insane. Initialy we were going to run for our own benifit and gain. However, with the current situation occuring in Pakistan, we feel it would be a fantastic opportunity to raise some much need money for the cause.

The DEC are a fabulous charity and ensure the money given is used where is its most needed.

 

Please please do sponser us if you feel you can! Also please do think of our poor knees as we pound out 13.1 miles of pavement. (bacon butties/ pints of beer will be most welcome as well)
