<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>Here is my story!</p> <p>When I was 23 years old I discovered&nbsp;after a number of fits&nbsp;that I had a brain tumour known as&nbsp;'Brian the brain tumour'.</p> <p>After an operation and a course of radiotherapy I was on the road to recovery until 3 years ago 'Brian'&nbsp;had changed. I now needed to have another operation and chemo.</p> <p>When I first was diagonsed I was given&nbsp;steroids, these drugs made me blew up like a balloon, which was great fun!</p> <p>I did find it hard when my hair started to fall out. The annoying thing was that I had just payed a fortune to get it cut short the day before. Then I had the problem of trying to find a wig on the NHS that didn't make me look like an old lady. Luckily I found a company called Hot Hair who were my saviour and still are as I am having to wear a wig now.</p> <p>Anyway at the moment Brian is in hibernation at present and I hope he will stay like that!</p> <p>The Brain Tumour charity were kind enough to give me a substanial grant to purchase items for my new flat and I would like raise some money so that the charity can do the same for someone else.</p> <p>So please dig deep and donate now.</p>
