I am taking part in an event called 'The Major Series' in Shropshire in October! It is a 10k run with hills, mud and obstacles the whole way round. http://www.majorseries.com/

As many of you know, I am joining the Army myself and this is all in aid of Help For Heroes. It will also be a huge achievement  for me to complete as I have worked hard on my fitness and i'd like it to all pay off!
