Story

My fitness journey started in 12th April 2020 in the middle of the UK’s first national lockdown. I made a choice on that day that’s transformed my life. Nearly five stone down and now a lover of exercise, the girl who hates running is signed up for her second marathon.

Having completed the virtual marathon in October 2021, I am absolutely thrilled (and emotional/excited) to be given the chance to participate in the ACTUAL marathon in London on 2nd October 2022.

This is such a massive milestone for me and every penny of your donations will truly inspire and keep me pacing up the 26.2miles, one step at a time.

So thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support not only for me, but for the fantastic charity, Whizz Kids.

I’m running with absolute pride for this phenomenal charity who provide wheels chairs and access to services for young children with disabilities; they are a bunch of lovely people and the work they do is beyond life changing.

Here’s to hard work, training and fundraising for 2nd October 2022.
