Dad started the Norfolk Superhero 18 years ago and this year i have agreed to be his partner which could be interesting!! This event means a huge amount to our whole family and we cant wait to complete it together! All donations will be greatly appreciated. Training has been tough as a fresher at Newcastle and with a job in Verbier but think we are nearly there and looking forward to the big day! Love Mark and Lucy 

The 2023 Norfolk Superhero is supporting Norfolk Community Foundation's Nourishing Norfolk initiative to ensure that no one in Norfolk goes hungry. They're working with local charities to set up food hubs where people can access healthy, nutritious food at low prices or for free, offering the benefit of dignity and choice for people living under increasing financial pressure to meet basic needs.
