On the 1st January 2022 my families life changed forever when we sadly lost my beautiful sister Lou, leaving a massive hole in not only my life but the lives of all our family, friends and all that knew and loved her. Aside from her wonderful family and friends, Lou has left behind two beautiful children, Spencer and Lyla. Lou's family's choice of charity in her memory is Winston's Wish.

From Louise's birthday (14th april) I will be running a 1000 miles to try and raise a £1000 for winstons wish in the memory of my beautiful sister Lou . My Facebook page 1000 miles will be updated with my progress, so please like the page and share so we can get to the target of £1000 .
