As most of you know i have decided to take the plunge and do my first (and possibly last!) Triathlon. This will be a great personal challenge and is also for a very good cause. (With a bit of hero worship thrown in as well!!)

Short Distance Triathlon (400m Swim, 20km Bike, 5km Run)
as a member of the Dallaglio Foundation Team.
I am aiming to raise a minimum of £350 which will help Cancer Research UK continue its work in finding new ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer.
