I'll be running the Royal Park's half marathon in London on October 9th.  Whilst the view will be pretty I can promise you that 13.1 miles remains a massive challenge. 

I have chosen cancer research as my charity because as an illness it impacts many and there remains so much that we can do to improve boost research and treatment in the UK.

I am training hard so please dig deep and help me to support this worthy cause.
