We have decided to take part in Dry January this year. 

Those of you that know me will realise this is a big deal- I am partial to a wine or two! Gareth prefers a beer but could also do with a month off. 

As an extra incentive we have decided to raise money for an amazing local charity, Claire House Children's Hospice.
