So, this year I've run 10 kilometres and 13 miles now for it's time for a walk - with a small difference.

 

On Bonfire Night I'm going to walk on hot coals.  It didn't work out so well for Guy Fawkes but I think I can do better.

And I need your help to raise money to encourage me to take my shoes off and step out on to the coals....

 

Dig deep and I'll make sure I get someone to video it :)
