Thanks for supporting my fundraising. This will be my 4th Mighty Hike.

Macmillan Cancer Support is here to help everyone with cancer live life as fully as they can, providing physical, financial and emotional support. So whatever cancer throws your way, they are there to support you. 

Everyone who knows me knows my personal reasons,I lost my beautiful Mum October 2015 and my Sister in law Wendy  2018 and then sadly my brother Michael October 2020 the rawness of their deaths is something I hold deep within my heart and always will. 

In February 2021 my beautiful sister and my best friend Stella was diagnosed with breast cancer and had a mastectomy in March and is now about to commence with a very intense 5 month treatment of chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Her positive attitude is an inspiration to us all that no matter what life throws at you you just have to dig deep and battle through and believe in your own strength and willpower to beat this disease.

I want to keep walking and raising money to help Macmillan support other families who suffer at the hands of  Cancer.  I choose to donate my minimum target myself with monthly donations but anyone who catches my page and  would like to donate would be very much appreciated.

Due to the Coronavirus  the 2020 event has been cancelled so I have deferred my place to 2021. I can now confirm that this event is taking place as re-scheduled on the 28th August 2021.
