Young Minds is the UK's leading charity fighting for children and young people's mental health. Turning real life experiences into positive change, we are leading the fight for a future where all young minds are supported through life, whatever the challenges. It's a fantastic, independent cause that will really benefit from our support.

So, to help celebrate our 10th anniversary, The Marketing Centre is planning a whole host of activities to raise attention (and money!) for Young Minds. 

I will dusting down my cycling shoes and cycling a total of 1,000km in November. It will be a combination of road, mountain and indoor bike so no matter what the weather throws at me I can still pedal away!
