Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I ran the 10K race today in central London in 46 minutes and 47 seconds.  During the long wait at the start-line, I prayed for the wonderful work of Aid to the Church in Need and pledged to do more in the future to support it. The thought of all my sponsors spurred me on in what I found quite a tough challenge. No doubt their prayers helped a lot. I cannot thank them enough for their generosity and encouragement. Special thanks go to one particular lifelong supporter of Aid to the Church in Need, who not only made a large donation, but even turned up on the day to cheer me on when I most needed it. I am also indebted to my daughter, Esther, for running tips and to my son, Manny, for his endless patience with me.
