The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs free of charge to children and young people up to the age of 24 that have sadly lost their own hair due to cancer treatment and other illnesses.The Trust relies solely on the efforts of enthusiastic community fundraisers. We receive no formal funding. Please help to raise money for us so that we can help more families.

My Story

I have been growing my hair for two years. I have finally grown it to the length I have always dreamed of and now it's time to cut it off to give it to a cancer sufferer. 

On 15th December, I will be cutting off over 12 inches of hair and donating it to the Little Princess Trust.  The cost of the charity to purchase one wig is on average between £350-£500 so it would be great to be able to raise enough to be able to cover the cost of a wig. Little Princess trust has given away 4,500 real hair wigs to sick children in just over ten years. 

Cancer is traumatic enough, especially for children, but losing your hair on top of it is extremely upsetting. I want to give the gift of feeling like a little princess with something I take for granted everyday.

The Little Princess Trust supplies real hair wigs to boys as well as girls.  Sometimes supporters might question whether the charity only provides to girls, given the Trust’s name.  However, through the Hair 4 Boys branch of the charity, boys with cancer and other hair loss conditions are supplied with wigs as well.
