well i'm dusting off the trainers to take part in the Plymouth Race for Life to raise cash for the fantastic cause that is Cancer Research UK.

As well as draggin myself round the course, my friend Sara Gliddon and I are dressing up! as an angel and devil. bet ya can;t guess who's who! lol
