When Annabel told me about her grandfathers diagnosis and that she was running this half marathon, of course I was going to do it by her side!

Anybody who knows me knows that I do not like running long distances, so this will certainly be a challenge for both me, and Annabel! However, we are very keen to work hard over the next few months and give it a good go for such a worthwhile cause! We all know somebody who is or will be affected by Alzheimer’s which is why this is so important to us both. 

We will both be running in memory of Harry Lister and Charles Meredith.
