We are taking part in the St Christopher's Fun Walk on Sunday 19th May, in memory of our lovely Mum and Grandma. The Fun Walk raises vital funds to ensure that St Christophers Hospice can continue to give end-of-life care to dying patients. They looked after my Mum, and me, so very well and she was able to die with dignity and without pain.
