Poppy was born 15 weeks early at just 25 weeks into pregnancy. She weighed 1.3lbs and could fit her daddy's wedding ring up to her shoulder! This year marks a big milestone as Poppy started school and is turning 5. We are so proud of our preemie warrior and all her preemie warrior friends who are now friends for life. We received a lot of support from Bliss charity whilst Poppy was in hospital and we hope to raise as much as possible to support this wonderful charity.
