On Saturday 18th December we will be taking part in a special walk in memory of Lucy's Uncle Michael 💙 

A year ago exactly to this date and only one week before Christmas we received the heartbreaking news that Michael only had weeks left to live, despite this devastating prognosis Michael fought for 5 months before he sadly lost his battle. The lead up to Christmas this year is going to be difficult to face, not only for not having Mike here with us but also the memories of the sadness we felt last year too. 

To mark this date and remember Michael we are going to do a memorial walk starting from The home of the Widnes vikings and ending back at St Michaels Church with a few significant stops along the way ❤ However this will be a walk with a difference....we will be dressed as Penguins 🐧 Throughout Michael's battle he never lost his sense of humour and I am sure he would be highly amused about this!
