SANE is a leading national mental health charity set up in 1986 and is independent of government. SANE aims to improve the quality of life of people affected by mental illness. It also provide support, information and guidance through its helpline, SANEline, Caller Care, Textcare and Online Forum.

Story

On August 6th I’ll be taking part in the London Triathlon 2022 , swimming, cycling and running to raise money to help Sane provide care and emotional support for those who need it most 🫶
