Arthritis sucks. It affects people of all ages, including more than 10 million across the UK. Arthritis Action is a charity that supports sufferers with information including flair up advice, nutrition, mental health and more. It also provides a network to help those affected know that they aren’t in this alone. 

To commemorate Arthritis Action’s 80th anniversary, they are launching a year-long campaign of challenges and events. It is their wonderful community who help make a real difference for people living with arthritis across the UK. Thank you for taking part.
