Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Myself and Rich have decided to run the 2010 Market Drayton 10K Muller race, for the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC) charity, an extremely worthy cause.  We are both new to the running world and I have never taken part in a race before, Rich took part the 2009 Manchester Bupa Run and was extremely proud of his medal. We are both aiming to complete the race around the hour mark.  I'm sure there will be much competition, as we are also running alongside Wendy (my mum) a marathon runner and a family friend Caroline a long distance runner and a keen cyclist!!!!!

The training is going well apart from the aches and pains, with a distance of 4.2 miles (6.8k) ran so far.

Please help us raise as much as we can to encourage the training that little bit further, your donations will be greatly appreciated especially when we are needing extra motivation.  To impress you all we will even be running along the beach on our mini caravan break in next week - Sun, sea, beer and RUNNING!!!
