Myself and a number of colleagues are taking part in a Skydive to help raise funds for Swanbourne Gardens Respite Centre. At Swanbourne, we provide care for Children and Young People who are palliative, have complex needs, life limiting conditions and disabilities. Our work with our service users and their families is absolutely crucial. Funds are used to provide resources to aid in enriching these incredible young peoples lives as well as providing fun activities and trips out for them to enjoy!
