And we are finally go! After a slight delay due to covid…. inspired by my amazing colleagues effort in 2019, I am joining Team George's Paediatrics to cycle the 55 miles to Brighton and fund raise for our Children's Department.  I have never cycled that far so am excited and nervous!  

St George's has some fantastic staff and we care for some wonderful children and families and I feel lucky to work there.  However, the environment we have to offer our patients is not the best.  We desperately need to be able to refurbish our wards and provide our patients with a 21st century environment and help them to feel comfortable.  

The money we raise will go to the Children's Appeal run by the St George's charity and be used to purchase much needed equipment for sick children and improve our wards.
