Hello Chums,

You may remember a couple of years ago I had an 'Oh my god, I'm going to be 40 and I'm fat and unfit' moment. Well two years on and I'm still running although not as much as I probably should, I'm about to turn 42 and guess what.....I'm having one of those moments!

I'm running the British 10k on July 14th (the day after my 42nd birthday!) in aid of The Shooting Star Chase childrens hospice. I don't need to tell you what an amazing charity this is, I don't need to explain how they help families - The words Childrens Hospice say it all. 

So how much do I want you ask? Well It's my birthday, if you can't afford to buy me an Audi R8 or a Ducati Sport Classic then would you consider giving me a few quid for my run? - that would be an amazing gift and would put a massive smile on my face as well as the guys at the hospice. In return I'll run my little socks off for the next few weeks, run even harder on the day and if any of you fancy meeting me at the finish line on Pall Mall then I'll buy you a drink to celebrate!
