Story

Hi my name is Lucas and I would like to raise money for The Pulmonary Fibrosis Trust. My Nan fell ill just over 2 years ago with this disease. She was an avid walker and loved her walking holidays with the dogs. It was awful to see my Nan who was so energetic and fit to suffer with this illness. Within these 2 years my Nan;s health really deteriorated, from being able to walk 10 miles a day with ease,  to then only being able to walk to the end of the street just 12 months ago. I then sadly watched my Nan get worse and she sadly passed away on 11th November 2020.

I have so many great memories of times with my Nan, walking holidays in Cornwall and the Lake District with the dogs. Because of this i wanted to raise some money in her memory to help the Pulmonary Fibrosis Trust. People from the support group were a great source comfort to my family during this time.

As part of my Duke of Edinburgh I have decided to learn a new skill, painting, I intend to paint  a sea scene with turtles. It would be great if people just want to donate, however I'd be happy to send people one of my paintings if you'd like to buy one. All of the money I rise will be going to the charity. I won't have an endless supply of canvases so please don't miss out!
