Story

Hi everyone,

I have decided to take part in Challenge Thirty Two and as usual I've roped Arthur in!  We are going to climb Bray Head (250 meters high) as many times as possible in 3 hours 20 minutes, aiming for 10 at least!!!  This epic event is taking place on Saturday 27 June. It will be a big challenge for me...... Arthur will more than likely be skipping up!  :)

We are doing this challenge to support Plan International Ireland. The Coronavirus crisis is having a devastating impact on people all over the world.  For children in the world's most vulnerable communities, with fragile health care systems and where social distancing often isn't an option, the challenge couldn't be greater.

Please donate what you can to help the children and families that need it most.

About the charity

Plan International Ireland is a development organisation that advances children's rights and equality for girls. Everyday, we ensure that the children who are most marginalised receive the education and essential services they deserve and the protection and care they are too often denied. Your generous donations go to life-saving projects, such as providing clean water supplies and child immunisation, which make an immediate and lasting impact to the world's poorest children. We know that it is impossible for a child to reach their potential unless their community is developing alongside them. Plan International's commitment to each community means that the health, sanitation and education programmes we establish are long-term and sustainable.
