Friends and family, it is that time again... 

In just 4 months time I will be at the start line in Greenwich Park, running my 5th marathon and 2nd London Marathon! This year I have decided to voluntarily fundraise for a charity that has become close to my heart - Stroke Association. 

When stroke strikes, part of your brain shuts down. And so does a part of you. Life changes instantly and recovery is tough. But the brain can adapt. The specialist support, research and campaigning are only possible with the courage and determination of the stroke community. With more donations and support, Stroke Association are able to rebuild even more lives.
