The Luton Town Supporters' Charity of the Season is Beds Prostate Cancer Support Group. 

As part of our ambition to raise money for this brilliant local charity, I'll be taking part in the Love Luton 10k. 

I'm not a runner, so it won't be fast and it won't be pretty but every step will be a step forward and the chance to raise some funds for this great charity will make it worth it.
