Hello! I’m Lou. I have been an on/off runner for a few years (big emphasis on the off) but decided to take up running during lockdown. I am still finding my feet so this will be a big challenge for me.
The plan: 100k across 10 days, starting on the 1st December. That works out at 10k a day. That said, I’m going to be flexible, some days I may do 12k, other days 8. If I skip a day I have the daunting prospect of 20k (basically a half marathon!!) so I do intend to run every day. 100k is the equivalent of just shy of 2.5 marathons - wish me luck!
