We are taking part in the great south run for Diabetes UK. This is the nominated Bupa charity this year and we have chosen to run for this charity as we both have a parent who is diabetic. 

Diabetes is one of the biggest health challenges facing the UK today and causes more deaths than breast and prostate cancer combined.
