In October this year I will be cycling over 300 km in 5 days both on and off road across the Golan Heights and Carmel mountain range to raise much needed funds for Norwood.

Norwood is a fantastic charity that is close to my heart, which supports and cares for children and adults with learning difficulties and/or physical disabilities helping to give them a much better quality of life.
