Starting at 4am on Saturday March 6th, I will be running 4 miles, every 4 hours, for 48 hours. The last run will begin at midnight/12am on Monday March 8th. Anyone who wants to join in can run, walk or complete a different challenge for around 40 mins every 4 hours.
Having something to motivate yourself can have a positive impact on mental health. At a time like this when we aren’t allowed to play sport or socialise, doing exercise and finding motivation is so important. That’s why fundraising for this challenge links well with the work SAMH do for the people of Scotland’s mental health.
