Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
In December 2011, our family sadly lost my Uncle Martin to encephalitis. He was a great man who had so much love to give and family was always important to him. Encephalitis is a rare disease of the brain and there is only one charity raising awareness, funding research and supporting families. Encephalitis can affect anyone, at any age. They only way the society can continue the work it does is through charitable donations.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
I am running the Great South Run with my sister and Martin's daughter, Vicky, to help this amazing charity and in my Uncle's memory. So please dig deep and donate now.
