Thank you to everyone who sponsored me for the Somerley 10k race on 28 December.

Thankfully it is now over...  Twas a cold and frosty morning and Somerley is a lovely private estate - perfect for a run after the Christmas dinner and overindulgence.

Managed a respectable time - cutting 28 minutes off my previous snails pace.  Completed it is 1hr 16 minutes.  Not quite a sub hour runner yet, but that's my new goal for 2009.
